The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable, although the decor was beginning to show a few signs of wear and tear.
I could not find a proper restaurant - there was a function going on (possibly a wedding) and I think the room this was taking place in may usually be the restaurant. I found a bar in a very impersonal room (bit like a bar arbitrarily dumped into in a gymnasium!) and was told this was the restaurant. The menu offered was awful - the best thing on it was Tuna Salad. It was too late in the evening to go food-hunting round Be'er Sheva (especially since I do not know the city at all), so I put up with this. Although it was supposed to be served with two dressings and black olives, none of these were present when it arrived, so it was very boring. If I spoke Hebrew and knew the city , I would definitely have gone elsewhere (anywhere else!)to eat

The staff was courteous and helpfull.
This was the only hotel in Beer Sheva, the facilities were outdated, in need of replacement, (dingy and worn), the dining facilities were completely unsatisfactory in variety, convenience, and not available much of the time. No covenience store or basic necessities on the property. Quality and Facility Completely misrepresented on the website.

Under the responsibility of Avi the reception Manager, the staff where excellent and spoke several languages, so could deal with all enquiries.

Very poor, dirty and old No alternativ in this city...

Hotel staff very kind and available for any help.
Relation between quality and price very very bad. There are not other choise in Beer Sheva.

It was all-inclusive. A good location for me. Love the Dead Sea access.

This Hotel does not stand up to any standard. The price for the room is in no relation to the location or the service. The room is fair, small and basically comfortable, but lots of hair in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor (instant coffee, for example). I waited 20 mins for checking out, the reception clerk, who wore short sport pants and an unclean, unironed shirt, was unpleasant and rude. THe whole building smells of cheap cleaning material. The view is depressing

Good location
Outragaously expensive. The only resonable hotel in town. Shows that Israely market needs liberation.

The front-desk staff was the most welcoming I've ever met, which includes traveling in places like the Intercontinental in Chicago, usa. Deserving of special mention are: Elinor (advice on local events like the WIne-Tasting event at the Art Museum), Gal (directions to Casa Do Brasil), Lizbeta (assisted with checking-in and -out, as well as helping me with some minor difficulties with the room), and Oz (who gave excellent directions to the Air Force Museum and the HaNegev Memorial). Also, I'd like to thank the lovely ladies who worked in the Lobby Cafe/Bar area, who made my stay at your hotel much more pleasant by their patience with my English when I was placing my orders.
